Being a member of The Downtown Studio gives you access to additional perks such as:

• Renting After Hours (6p & Later)

• Ability to Rent Half Hours

• Discounted Rental Rates (After You’ve Used Up Your Member Hours)

No, anyone is able to rent the studio! Being a member however, gives you better rental rates, access to after hours, and the ability to rent half hours.

When you initially sign up, an invoice will be sent to you separately. This invoice will be recurring on a rolling month basis. (Ex. If you sign up on the 23rd of the month, the next month will start and be billed on the 23rd of the next month, and so on and so forth.)

You will also have access to the Member’s Calendar. Please do all your bookings from this calendar and not the public calendar.

Once you become a member, you will be given access to a Member’s Only Calendar. Please do all your bookings from this calendar. If you have ran out of Member Hours, an invoice will be sent out to you.

Member Hours are deducted the month they're booked. For example: If you book a session two months ahead of time, the Member Hours used will be for that current month you booked.
