We ask that you give a 24 hour notice to reschedule and rescheduled dates are subject to availability. We understand that life happens for you and your clients and if you need to reschedule “last minute” (within 24 hours), we ask that you pay the remainder of the invoice before we will reschedule your time.
-
Again, we understand that life happens. While it’s not a guarantee, we do try to allow for a 15-20 minute grace period between rental sessions, just in case something like this happens. Anything longer may be subject to another rental hour fee (if the time slot is available).
-
When you book, we ask you a set of questions so that we can have the studio ready for you to walk in a shoot. However, we do understand last minute changes occur, so we allow for a 5-10 minute period if you would like to get there early. Anything longer needs to be coordinated with us and may be subject to an extra hour rental fee.
-
The earliest you can book the studio is 2 hours before the scheduled time.
